TRANSPORTATION:
The Texas Cultural Trust will provide luxury charters to and from all events at The Crescent Hotel and The Bowie House. However,
if you choose not to attend all events or do not want to ride the bus, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation.
Addresses for each venue are provided in the itinerary and your welcome packet. Fort Worth members are welcome to meet at
either hotel to take advantage of the group transportation.
ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION:
Texas Cultural Trust staff will be hosting registration at Ralph’s Private Club of the Crescent Hotel on Monday, April 27, from 2:00-
3:45pm. This is where you will pick up your name tag, welcome packet, and gift bag. Even if you live in Fort Worth, please visit
The Crescent Hotel during this time to pick up your items. During this time, shopping will be available at Lela Rose, located in the
Bowie House. Ten percent (10%) of all sales during this period will be donated back to the Texas Cultural Trust.
A shuttle will be available from 2:00–3:30pm to take ladies back and forth between the Bowie House (for shopping at Lela Rose)
and The Crescent Hotel (for registration). Beginning at 3:30pm, buses will be outside each hotel to begin loading for departure to
the welcome reception.
