Emilia Tovar-Catete

Emilia Tovar-Catete (Media Arts) is in the eleventh grade at Mission Collegiate High School. She participates in Art Club, Fresh Films, and local contests including the Texas High School Visual Arts Scholastic Event and the Cultura de Arte Drawing Contest. She created Reflections, an interactive app exploring emotions through visuals. Emilia plans to use her Young Masters grant to study coding and technology skills at Girls Who Code, combining creativity and tech to develop innovative multimedia projects.
