Gay Gaddis is Founder and CEO of T3, one of the largest independent woman-owned advertising agencies in the country, with more than 200 employees nationwide and a growing roster of Fortune 200 clients. T3 supports clients including Allstate, UPS, 7-Eleven, Capital One, Pizza Hut, and Staples from offices in Austin, New York, San Francisco, and Atlanta.

Her approach to business was shaped by her small-town Texas roots, by being a trailblazing first woman in the boy’s club world of advertising, and by mentoring her teams as they applied bold, new marketing ideas for leading brands. Her convention-challenging approach to business and the workplace has led to board appointments, extensive writing and speaking engagements.

Ms. Gaddis serves on the Board of Directors of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: TYPE), was the first female Chairman of the Texas Business Leadership Council, and is former Chairman of Committee of 200, a top women’s business organization that advances women’s leadership in business. She has received numerous awards and honors including Fast Company’s “Top 25 Women Business Builders” and Inc. Magazine’s “Top 10 Entrepreneurs of the Year.”

An active spokesperson, writer and artist, Ms. Gaddis is a regular contributor to Forbes, part of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Insider Network, is a frequent guest on Bloomberg Television and has spoken to business and women’s groups around the world. She is also the co-owner of the legendary Double Heart Ranch, a 900-acre working ranch in the historic Texas Hill Country.

Ms. Gaddis graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art. Her art focuses on bold landscapes of the Texas Hill Country. Her first solo show was at New York’s Curator Gallery. She states, “When I am finished, I want observers to be able to feel my physical presence in the landscape through thousands of brushstrokes that melt colors into each other.”
