Marvin Blum, J.D., C.P.A., founder of The Blum Firm, P.C. has extensive experience in the non-profit arena. He is currently starting his third year as Treasurer of the Texas Cultural Trust, and serves as Treasurer of the Fort Worth Symphony (38 years), the Miss America Organization, The Multicultural Alliance, and serves on the Board of Directors for B Sharp Youth Music Program, Inc. He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Pat & Emmitt Smith Charities. Professionally, Blum was chosen as one of the “Nation’s Top 100 Attorneys” by New York’s Worth magazine, named as one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in Texas by Thomson Reuters, and was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers of America. Mr. Blum earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas, graduating first in his class and his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, graduating second in his class. Marvin Blum is a life-long resident of Fort Worth; he and his wife Laurie have been married 38 years.
